This is located in the back of our large house. This is a safe quiet neighborhood great for walking to the stores. Our inexpensive studio has a microwave, coffee pot, hot plate & refrigerator, internet and off-street parking. All private entrances, Bathroom with Shower, queen bed, washing machine available, and a small couch for kids. The back porch has washing machines and a patio. This is located 12 minutes from the airport and 14 minutes by car to the beaches. The rainforest is only 40 minutes away The space Economy style: Comfortable one-room ground-floor apartment in the back part of the large House. w/ 1 queen bed and kids bed It accommodates 2 people comfortably and a child. . High-Speed Internet, Cable TV, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and an outside common area for eating & hanging out. It is located in a secure, mellow middle-class neighborhood with palm-lined streets. Isla Verde beaches are 13 minutes, the airport 13 min., and the rainforest 40 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. The grocery store and fruit markets are 5 min. away. There are some restaurants close by, too. Plaza Carolina Mall is only 3 miles down the road for some serious shopping The Public Transportation in PR is not very good. I strongly recommend that you have a car or Uber. Our place is unique in that it has a family atmosphere in a very nice neighborhood while at the same time is located minutes from the airport, the beaches, and all of San Juan’s most popular restaurants and tourist areas. Guest access Washing machine back yard and table for common area meetings and outside relaxing. Other things to note There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away with a bakery and restaurants for eating nearby. It’s best to have your own car but you can get by without one. Public transportation is bad.

I was very impressed with this property rental. It\’s close to everything. The caretaker was very generous in helping us get around, and yes I will be renting this place again in the future. Thank you Monty and mr Marvin for great time at your property rental home.

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay. It was economical, and a great location. It was a safe neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores, Walgreens, and restaurants. This is a great base if exploring Old San Juan, flying in or out of San Juan, close to El Yunque Rain forest, beautiful Luquillo Beach, Isla Verde, and worked well to head over to Fajardo to snorkel and do Bioluminescent Bay. Really happy to be in a place with air conditioning, WI-FI, and off-street parking. Jose met us when we arrived and was really helpful with recommendations and directions. Monty checked in with us by phone. We felt very well taken care of. Thanks Monty and Jose for a great stay! Would definitely recommend to others.
